Virtual Job Fair Billing Terms and Conditions
1. Registration and Participation Fees:
By registering for the virtual job fair, participating companies agree to pay the specified registration and participation fees outlined in the invoice.
Payment is required to confirm participation and secure the company's virtual booth(s) at the event.
2. Invoice Issuance:
Invoices will be issued to registered companies via email.
Invoices will include details of the selected booth package, any additional requested items, and applicable taxes.
3. Payment Deadline:
The payment deadline is the initial date of registration. Failure to complete payment by the specified deadline may result in the forfeiture of the virtual booth reservation.
4. Payment Methods:
Accepted payment methods include PayPal.
All payments must be made in the currency specified on the invoice.
5. Additional Requests and Adjustments:
Any additional booth space, promotional materials, or other requested items will be subject to additional charges.
Adjustments to invoices will be made to reflect any changes in the requested items.
6. Event Changes, Cancellation and Refund Policy:
No refunds once registered unless in the event of unforeseen circumstances leading to changes or cancellation of the virtual job fair, participating companies will be notified, and alternative arrangements or refunds will be discussed.
All cancelations for your annual renewal must be submitted in writing 30 days before your upcoming anniversary date and emailed to our customerservice@metacareerportal.com otherwise if you miss your deadline to cancel, booth rental will renew automatically.
7. Virtual Booth Access:
Virtual booth access will be granted only upon receipt of full payment.
Access details and instructions will be provided to registered companies closer to the event date.
8. Taxation:
All fees are subject to applicable taxes, which will be clearly indicated on the invoice.
10. Compliance:
Participating companies are responsible for complying with all relevant laws and regulations related to their participation in the virtual job fair.
