Step 1: Click on "Portals" at the top of the page.

Step 2: Select the state and city you wish to join.

Step 3: For new users, download the Spatial.io app on your preferred device. If you're a current user, you'll be taken directly into the platform.

Step 4: Create your personal account on Spatial.io and design your avatar if you wish to chat. (Note: Joining as a guest will not allow you to interact.) You can customize your avatar by visiting Readyplayer.me.

Step 5: Please review our Terms & Conditions by clicking on the corresponding tab.

Step 6: Once logged in, stop by the Information Center inside the metaverse to view our daily announcements and updates.

Step 7: Begin your journey! Enjoy the job fair by approaching any organization of interest where you can interact with live recruiters or representatives. You can ask questions, get directed to their websites, email, or point of contact, and learn the best ways to apply or submit your resume. Additionally, recruiters will provide details about their company's job fair schedules within the metaverse.

Step 1: Begin by filling out the "Virtual Job Fair Registration Form" below.

Step 2: Enjoy free access through launch day, plus an additional 3 months free! Post-launch, payments will be processed via PayPal. Your contract renews annually unless you cancel by contacting customerservice@metacareerportal.com.

Step 3: Review and agree to the Terms & Conditions.

Step 4: Click "Continue" to finalize your registration.

Step 5: Once submitted, you’ll receive an invoice by email with details on booth rental and payment, applicable after your free period.

Step 6: Go to "Portals" at the top of the page.

Step 7: Choose your job fair’s location by selecting the state and city.

Step 8: Download the Spatial.io app on your preferred device.

Step 9: Set up your Spatial.io account and create your avatar for chat functionality. (Guest accounts won’t be able to interact.) Customize your avatar using Readyplayer.me.

Step 10: Access your booth in the virtual environment.

Step 11: Upload your marketing materials: You can update these once a week on Fridays at the end of the day. If you’ve selected MetaCareer Expo LLC to assist with the initial upload, email your materials in PDF or picture format to customerservice@metacareerportal.com, including your company name and booth number in the subject line. 

Step 12: Set and Display Office Hours for Live Recruiter Availability.

• • Choose Office Hours: Decide on specific days and times when a live recruiter will be available in your virtual booth. Consider your audience’s time zones to maximize engagement.

  • Display Office Hours: Clearly show your office hours within your booth. You can do this by adding a sign, banner, or including them in your booth description.

  • Communicate Availability: Make sure job seekers know when they can meet with a recruiter by including your office hours in any communications, like emails or social media posts.

  • Be Present: Ensure that a recruiter is available during the posted hours to engage with candidates. This builds trust and encourages participation.

  • Update if Necessary: If your office hours change, update the information in your booth and let potential candidates know right away.

Setting clear office hours makes it easy for job seekers to connect with your team and learn about your opportunities!

Step 13: Engage with attendees! Your interaction will shape their perception of your business. Be ready to answer questions, share contact details, and inform candidates about your booth’s availability in the metaverse.
